“My experience with addiction comes from being a parent of a child who is an addict and is now in recovery. I understand a parent’s pain as they struggle with these issues. Through the years, I received countless phone calls from desperate parents who wanted to talk to someone who had walked in their shoes. I saw that there was a real need to provide support and guidance to parents as they work through the challenge of trying to cope with their child’s addiction and recovery.”
