Krystel Assounga,
MA, LMHC
“In my experience working within the mental health field, I have come to understand that therapy is about connection, compassion and understanding. Providing an open, safe and supportive space I believe is fundamental to my work with my patients to allow them the opportunity to explore various parts of themselves, especially the unknown. I consider it a privilege to be granted access to journey with patients in understanding their history, their present reality and their future goals. My belief is that we are all experts in our own lives and every so often, we need help to highlight, address and make sense of our blindspots that may impact on personal growth and overall well being.”
